SPRING: Specialty Preview/Handlers Issue:

Cancellation fee for submitted ads 50% of ad cost. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the deadline.
You will see your ad before it goes to press.
One copy of the magazine plus tear sheet free with color page.
B/W advertisers receive two tear sheets of their ad.

Sheltie International is offered to all judges who are AKC approved to judge Shelties at the Breed level. Successful breeders and exhibitors continue to use its printed pages to showcase their winners as well as their producers. Sheltie International is read and saved by judges and fanciers all over the world.

All full pages 100 word limit, unless text is e-mailed, in Word (NOT WP) or in an e-mail (see instructions, left column).

To take advantage of our special, reduced rates, and avoid the 100 word limit, text for an ad MUST be e-mailed as follows:

  • Type right in an email, BETTER than an attachement. (If you use a program, going from one program to another will cause some of the text to do weird things.)
  • Don't try and design
  • All type flush left - nothing spaced out or centered
    Normal upper and lower case for everything
  • Dog's names in normal upper and lower case - not all caps
    Blocks of names and addresses under, NOT next to each other

If you desIgn your own ad:

Keep text and photo in the “live” area of 7-1/2” x 10”. Make your canvas 9’ x 12” to allow for trimming after printing Submit as a jPG – this is the ONLY option! PDF files are not accepted.
